Dystopian Literature – 1984

The destruction of history causes people to obey the party more and become mindless objects to the party. The party imposed if all records told the same tale then the lie passed into history and became truth. Who controls the past ran the party slogan controls the future who controls the present controls the past And the through of its nature alterable never has been altered{ Orwell p.31}. It represent imagery and talks about how the party controls them and makes them see things that would scar them for life.

The party is falsifying records in their favor to gain more control over the society they do this for the overall purpose to control society members.Do you realize that the past starting from yesterday has been actually abolished Every second destroyed or falsifying every book has been rewritten every picture has been renamed every date has been altered.It talks about the people being tricked and that the party rewrote everything pictures,dates,all altered and once again the destruction or history making forget everything.

Shows now the song controls and symbolizes that he wants a better future.O’brien speaks of the proles and the impossibility that they will ever rise up in rebellion having no capacity for intelligence.They can be granted intellectual liberty because they have no intellect( Orwell pg 173).One did not how what happened inside the ministry of love but it was possible to guess torture drugs delicate instruments that registered your nervous reactions gradual wearing down by sleeplessness and solitude and persistent questioning(Orwell pg 138).The inner party has managed to turn love into something sinister although the deficate instruments sound provocative.It is a warfare of limited aims between combatants who unable to destroy one another have no materials cause for fighting and are not divided by any genuine ideological difference( Orwell pg 153).

The loss of free will in the society members of the year 1984 is apparent as history is being abolished and change every day the dying of real love and the invasion of privacy. History being lost love is no longer an emotion to explain to another person and the invasion of privacy show that the world in 1984 does not include the rights and 21st century has now. Life can either be a dressing or a curse I only pure luck can save you.
