Buddhism is one of the most privilege religions, spread throughout Vietnam, China, Japan and most parts of Asia. Buddhism has opened a door for many people to practice mindfulness especially the right way to meditate to relieve the stress and help them forgive that past or things that shouldn't be on their mind. Buddha has taught people many things that people can apply to daily life, and also bring a good environment to other people surrounding them. "There is no path to happiness.
Happiness is the path." (Buddha) What is Buddhism? Buddhism is a philosophy focus on mental awareness and mental freedom. It is also a positive religious experience, it is a religion for everyone to join to find peace, people don't have to say that they're Buddhist in order to join because there is no limit or judgmental like what (Thich Nhat Hanh) said: "Buddhists develop inner peace, kindness, and wisdom through their daily practice; and then share their experience with others bringing real benefit to this world." It is also not a beliefs system. Buddhism is all about knowing and seeing, not all about believing wishing or hoping.
Buddhism has changed people's lives and help them become a better person by teaching the enlightened ones and teach them what they should care about and what they shouldn't be a worry. "No one saves us but ourselves. No one can, and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path." (Buddha). Buddha explodes the path to everyone, and the reasons are that he doesn't want anyone to suffer to anything. He wants everyone to have a peaceful life that contains with wisdom. That's the reason why he created a path for everyone who wants to take it to release themselves from suffering from the stress, or unhealthy things on their mind. Buddhism has been growing around the world and most parts are in Asia. Many people had considered that it is the biggest religion in the world. Buddhism is a religion that can easily attract people because Buddhism giving people the solutions and practices to relieve their stress and worries, Buddhism has answers to many of the problems in modern materialistic society Buddhism is a religion that millions of people around the world still follow nowadays. The quotes that he had given to all people to motivate and inspiring others is "Every morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most." (Buddha)
Instead of wanting everything to be better than god, or competitive with God or other religions Buddha have his own mind set in motion the wheel of teaching. Buddha has taught many people how to achieved enightment, happiness. He taught people how to meditation, mindfulness, and living an ethical life that benefits others that will help them live happier lives and find the wisdom of enlightenment. "Buddha has great compassion which is completely impartial, embracing all living beings without discrimination." (Buddha) In conclusion, the impression people have toward Buddhism is that it is one of the most much positives than other religion. This created a good side of Buddhism that we can overcome everything in life and makes life more beautiful, inspiring. All aspects of a religion which people believe to be valuable. Everyone can achieve the highest goal in Buddhism, but it just takes times to achieve things that people want to reach to. Buddhism is based on absolute freedom, equality, and positive thoughts. "In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you". (Buddha)
