Physical activity helps to prevent muscle weakness and other health issues associated with laziness. Physical activity raises the chemicals in the brain which help to protect brain cells and help to improve patient mode.

Also, keeping people with Alzheimer’s busy with brain and physical exercises could help them to stay in a good mood, and prevent the Alzheimer’s became worse. For example, yoga, walking, play with kids, music, cooking, reading, puzzles games, and learn new skills.

In Conclusion, Alzheimer’s like any other disease we need to take care of it and change our lifestyle by stay healthy and active. The main reason for keeping Alzheimer’s patient busy physically and mentally is to help them resist the disease and keep them in good mood.
