Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter or as she is better known as just Beyoncé has sold as of 2016, 17.2 million albums as a solo artist, and 17 million albums as part of Destiny’s Child.

She was a part of Destiny’s Child in 1990, when original members Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson were just nine years old. The four met and became friends at an audition. After 15 great years, Destiny’s Child broke up in June of 2005.
